I'm William Aaron Turner, Founder and President of Infinitum Corporation, an international security and technology consulting firm headquartered in Washington, DC, with Moscow as an operating location. I work at the intersection of information technology, cybersecurity and modern military operations. I focus on bringing emerging technologies together with contemporary defense and security concepts.

I have spent years building expertise in cybersecurity, secure communications, network defense and emerging technologies. Infinitum Corporation applies that background to protecting digital infrastructure and supporting organizations in fast-changing environments. The firm's work covers network architecture and defense, ethical hacking and vulnerability assessment, ISTAR and C4ISR support, electronic warfare integration, irregular warfare analysis, drone and counter-UAS integration, and AI applications for security operations. Planned research includes autonomous systems, secure communications, unmanned aerial systems and advanced network resilience.

I believe that "success increasingly depends upon the ability to integrate intelligence, cyber capabilities, and operational decision-making into a unified framework." I write The Ukraine Files on this blog and on X, where I publish long-form articles at @infinitumceo.

Mission

I document the money, the NGOs, the intelligence networks and the outcomes that don't match the official story of the war in Ukraine. Each file in the series takes one thread and follows it: sanctions and the Russian economy, the Eastern Economic Forum, In-Q-Tel, forced mobilization, the charities and lobbying behind the war effort, and demining NGOs. Methodology: how each post is built

  • Every post on this blog is based on a full X Article published on @infinitumceo, and links to the original with its reference list.
  • The pieces draw on Western sources, FARA filings and open reporting, as well as official statements from governments and named individuals.
  • When a claim comes from a named person, outlet or government, the post says who made it.
  • Figures and quotes are carried over from the original article, and conclusions are labeled as my own argument.
